Le’Kisha, Phyllis and the whole team are great to work with! I am an owner of a rental property they manage for me and they do a wonderful job! Recently my tenant left after having rented from me for over 1.5 years. He left the place very dirty and even had some damage on the walls and carpet. Le’Kisha and her team jumped right on it and within the week had carpet replaced, walls re-painted and other small work done and cleaned to bring the house back up to par! Within two weeks we were showing the property to prospective renters again. Any time I have had a question they have answered it very promptly.
