I can't say enough good things about Metric Realty Company and their incredible team, especially Le’Kisha, the owner! As an active duty military member who has been out of state or country most of the time, I rented my home with them for over 5 years and recently sold it after they rescued me from a dismal experience with another company back in 2020. They truly took care of me throughout the entire experience. I never encountered any issues or complaints; their professionalism and genuine concern for my best interests were evident in every interaction. Selling my home this month (December 2025) was a breeze—it took less than three months and was completely painless. Metric Realty Company managed my rental property in Charlotte and they just sold it for me. I could not be happier with them. The previous property management company that I worked with was terrible - they overcharged me for services, were unresponsive and basically did nothing.
