I don’t know how many times that I had given up on purchasing a home but Lakeisha Stevenson and Abigail Banner wouldn’t let me. I sent Abigail a text on April 21, 2020 stating thank you for working with me but I will just move into another apartment. On April 22nd, 2020, my lender, Dana Meadows of Movement Mortgage sent me an email stating that I was pre approved and I could look for my house….The second week in May 2020, I found my forever home and I made my offer…Well, June 8th 2020, I closed on my house. Oh! My! Lord! Where do I begin? I was LOST- trying to do a 1031 Exchange on a commercial property I sold- and wanted to convert to residential rentals.
