Shanita James

Shanita James is a native of Winston Salem, NC and has made Charlotte, NC her home since 2008. Over the years Charlotte has become one of the most popular cities to move to and when it comes to Millennials, many want to move to this area to start careers.  Shanita J is no stranger to all of the changes happening in and around Charlotte. Having been thrust into the Property Management side of Real Estate, Shanita J has seen the influx of buyers wanting to plant roots in the Queen City.  There is something permanent and something extremely profound in owning a home. Home ownership is the cornerstone of a strong community. Shanita J's mission is to educate those about the benefits of home ownership and how to build generational wealth. In her spare time Shanita J enjoys spending time with her two children and traveling.
