We had been putting off selling our home because the idea of researching the process did not appeal to us at all. Then we remembered how happy we were when we bought our home 8 years ago working with Metric Realty and quickly learned that having the first sellers conversation with LeKisha and her team was all the research we needed to do. They were knowledgeable about the market, did their homework and treated us like a priority the entire process. My absolute pet peeve is lack of communication when there are a lot of moving parts and thankfully that was not a concern here at all. LeKisha toured our house and gave quality recommendations and came back to take quality photos — the offer we wound up accepting was one we received only 8 hours after placing the home on the market. First 48 hours brought in 13 showings. When we began the contract/closing steps Sia continued the great work. Now we are buying our second home and are STILL thrilled to be working with this team.
