We mean for this website to reflect the character of the company and its agents, bold and thoughtful, with the maturity of a responsible and seasoned organization. Knowing that you depend on our expertise in the real estate market, we've rebuilt our site to make it easier to find and share resources.

In this 13th anniversary year of our founding, despite the downturn the market took from 2009-2011, we survived doing what we love to do and that's serving you in ALL your real estate needs. The purpose of the website is to be an information resource in giving its visitors a small snapshot about the company and the services it provides.

Serving the Charlotte NC Metro Area is what we do best. Matthews, Mint Hill, Ballantyne, Pineville, Union County including Stallings, Indian Trail, Weddington and Monroe, Lake Norman, Lake Wylie, York County SC including Fort Mill, Rock Hill, Clover and York.
We represent Buyers, Sellers, as well as being a Relocation and REO Agent and Le'Kisha is affectionately known as the Investor's Realtor. By owning property she knows firsthand how to assist the new as well as the seasoned investor. By having a Property Management division makes life easier for those who want the stress free approach to investing.

The site will now incorporate social networking tools such as Facebook and Twitter, as we work to find new ways to communicate with a broader audience. We are especially excited about the blogging aspect of the website. We feel it is important to engage in an ongoing dialog with the audience we serve so "like" us on Facebook and visit the blog to share your thoughts.
