I met with the Owner/Founder of Metric Realty Company in the fall of 2007 in search of a house for rent and in hopes of getting advice/guidance on how to plan for home ownership some day. Mrs. Stevenson was AMAZING!! Not only did she explain the home buying process, but she encouraged me to consider buying instead of renting. I allowed her to run numbers to give me an idea of what I would qualify for, and to my surprise, there were many options in the neighborhoods that I was interested in. By spring of 2008, I closed on my first house! My relationship continued with the Metric Realty Team FOR YEARS, as they made ongoing recommendations for home and appliance repairs whenever I needed them. In 2016, I moved out of state, but wanted to keep my home as an investment property. I CHOSE METRIC REALTY COMPANY ONCE AGAIN to manage my property for over three years. They handled all of my Tenants’ needs well and I TRUSTED them so much that I never needed to make an emergency visit to check on the property. I received calls and emails from the Team, along with pictures of repairs/upgrades when needed. FANTASTIC!! When I finally sold my house in March 2019, METRIC REALTY COMPANY was my REALTOR OF CHOICE. With the Team’s help, I received an OFFER ONE DAY AFTER LISTING the house. We closed within three weeks, and once again, I was able to conduct business while out of state because the Metric Realty Team got it done well!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND METRIC REALTY COMPANY for home-buying and Property Management needs. The INTEGRITY, PROFESSIONALISM and RELIABILITY of the Team are solid.
