I bought a rental house and handed over to a different rental company. 10 weeks later, they had charged me a ton of money for doing nothing, and refused to show the house, as it did not meet their standards. So I cancelled my contract with them and handed the house over to Le'Kisha.
She was very helpful, thoughtful, transparent, and responsive. Three weeks later the house was rented! So as far as the early stage of property management, she's great. I cannot comment on the other parts of her business yes.

Since I moved out of town, Le'Kisha has been managing my property for almost three years and it�s been great! Any issues get addressed quickly, the tenant�s rent is deposited on time and I'm always able to reach some from Metric Realty in a timely manner. Wonderful experience!

Le'Kisha is the property manager of two of my investment homes. She is quick to find tenants minimizing the time spent with out a tenant which increases my bottom line. She is always pleasant to work with and quick to respond to my needs and/or questions. My only constructive feedback is the tool used for monthly statements. I wish there was a way to better align the statements with the monthly activity and deposit.

I have experienced nothing but great customer service from Metric Realty. Le'Kisha goes above and beyond to make sure the service measures up, and the company does show their appreciation to their customers. On occasion, services have had to be rendered after hours or on days off, and each enconter was embraced in the most polite and professional manner, and I was never rushed. I have been doing business with the company for 4 years now and have referred Metric to other friends, and they also have spoken nothing but positive words. It is an extreme pleasure doing business with Metric Realty.

I have worked with previous property management companies and had issues with tenants. Tenants that should not been approved to reside in my were placed in my rental and could not pay the rent. I haven't had that issue with Metric Realty AT ALL!!! LOVE IT!!! My rental payments are deposited within a week of when it is received. My past manager held the rent until the end of the month. I don't have to worry about tenant maintenance issues because Metric Realty handles it!!! I am very pleased with Metric Realty! I wish I would have worked with them years ago!!!

My rental house in Charlotte needed big repair work. Le'Kisha hired general contractor and looked over their work and found the new tenant without delay. She did a good job to save my investment in Charlotte.
